The modern world is full of insecurity,
fear, war, worry, and stress. This is because the world has become competitive
and people want to pull each other down. We fear failure. To overcome such
insecurities, we must first accept that both good and bad come hand in hand.
Hence, we need to create a balance between personal, professional, creative and
economic spheres of life. It is important for us to spend quality time with
family and friends, be creative in art, poetry or prose etc.
